在建筑工程设计与施工中,工程造价管理是确保项目顺利进行、预算控制以及成本效益的关键环节.本研究中建筑工程设计与施工中工程造价管理要点出发,具体探究要点及优化策略,希望能够帮助项目管理者更好的理解应用工程造价管理.
Abstract
In the design and construction of construction projects,project cost management is a key link to ensure the smooth progress,budget control and cost-effectiveness of the project.This study starts from the key points of engineering cost management in construction engineering design and construction,and specifically explores the key points and optimization strategies,hoping to help project managers better understand the application of engineering cost management.
