摘要
本研究旨在探讨压力表对液压千斤顶检定示值的影响.通过对比使用不同精度的压力表进行检定实验,分析其对液压千斤顶示值的准确性和稳定性的影响.研究结果显示,压力表的精度对液压千斤顶的检定示值有着显著影响,高精度的压力表能提供更准确的示值,而低精度的压力表则可能导致示值偏差较大,且稳定性有待提升.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the influence of pressure gauges on the calibration indication of hydraulic jacks.By comparing the use of pressure gauges with different precisions for calibration experiments,the impact on the accuracy and stability of the hydraulic jack's indication is analyzed.Research results show that the accuracy of the pressure gauge has a significant impact on the calibration indication value of the hydraulic jack.A high-precision pressure gauge can provide a more accurate indication value,while a low-precision pressure gauge may cause a large deviation in the indication value and stabicity needs to be improved.
