摘要
合理低价法是在保证合法合规且不牺牲工程质量的前提下,选择接近市场成本价的投标方案,应用在公路工程招投标工作中可取得良好的效果,可有效控制公路造价,促进投标单位之间的公平竞争,使公路工程投标市场得到健康发展.
Abstract
The reasonable low price method is to select a bidding plan close to the market cost price on the premise of ensuring legal compliance without sacrificing project quality.It can achieve good results when applied in highway project bidding and can effectively control highway construction costs,promote fair competition among bidding units and enable the healthy development of the highway project bidding market.
