A brief Analysis of SNCR Denitrification Technology for Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers
The boiler denitrification device uses"selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)"technology,and the denitrification reducing agent uses 9.5％concentration ammonia water(originally 20％urea solution).Each unit is equipped with a CEMS measuring device at the denitrification outlet,and a CEMS measuring device is installed after the clean flue of the three units merges for chimney emission monitoring.This article introduces the key points to note in the boiler SNCR denitrification system and briefly describes the problems that arise during the debugging process.
