摘要

腐蚀形式主要发生在设备的微小缝隙中,如法兰连接、焊缝附近和覆盖层下.这种局部腐蚀的过程不仅会影响设备的正常运行,还可能导致设备的突然失效,存在巨大的安全隐患,也会给企业和个人带来巨大的经济损失和不可逆的危害.

Abstract

Crevice corrosion is one of the critical factors affecting the safety and stability of chemical plant equipment.This form of corrosion primarily occurs in the tiny crevices of equipment,such as flange connections,near welds,and under coatings.Not only does this localized corrosion process impact the normal operation of equipment,but it may also lead to sudden equipment failure,posing significant safety risks.Moreover,it can cause substantial economic losses and irreversible harm to both businesses and individuals.
