摘要

小口径管道在油田集输和注入系统大量应用,通过定期有效进行埋地管道内检测,并及时发现管道内部缺陷和潜在风险,对安全生产运行具有重要意义.结合适用于小口径管道的不同类型内检测机器人最新研究进展,综合对比分析各种类型机器人结构特点及在不同管道内适用情况,并指出其结构性能的优势与不足,为进一步研究适用于油田小口径管道高效、稳定的内检测机器人提供参考.

Abstract

The utilization of small-diameter pipelines is widespread in oilfield gathering and injection systems.The effective internal inspection of buried pipelines at regular intervals is pivotal for promptly identifying internal defects and potential risks,significantly impacting the secure and operation of production processes.This discourse provides a comprehensive overview of the latest research on diverse types of internal inspection robots applicable to small-diameter pipelines.It involves a comparative analysis of the structural characteristics of various types of robot and their applicability in different pipeline contexts.Furthermore,it delineates the advantages and limitations of their structural performance,aiming to furnish a reference for the subsequent investigation and development of efficient and stable internal inspection robots tailored for small-diameter pipelines in oilfield applications.
