摘要
铂重整反应器是炼油化工重整联合装置的核心,达到设计使用年限使用的铂重整反应器如果要继续使用,应当委托有检验资质的特种设备检验机构参照定期检验的有关规定对其进行检验,必要时需要进行合于使用评价.本文结合铂重整反应器检验过程中的损伤情况,对其可能存在的损伤机理进行研究并提出相应的防控措施.
Abstract
Pt Reforming Reactor is the core of refinery and chemical reforming combined unit.If the Pt reforming reactor that has reached the designed service life is to continue to be used,it should be entrusted with special equipment inspection institutions with inspection qualifications to inspect it with reference to the relevant provisions of regular inspection,and if necessary,it needs to be evaluated for suitability for use.In this paper,the damage mechanism of Pt reforming reactor was studied and the corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward.
