摘要
为解决工程建设难题,本文将以装配式建筑为例,围绕工程质量控制与管理展开研究,简要分析了装配式建筑的优点,进一步探讨了装配式建筑的质量控制要点,并从材料设备、全面质量管理、人员管理几个方面出发,提出关于做好装配式建筑管理的有效策略,旨在规范装配式工程建设流程,保证工程总体质量达标,满足建筑投入使用需求,以期为相关工程提供有效参考.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of engineering construction,this article will take prefabricated buildings as an example to conduct research on engineering quality control and management,briefly analyze the advantages of prefabricated buildings,further explore the key points of quality control of prefabricated buildings,and propose effective strategies for doing well in prefabricated building management from the aspects of materials and equipment,total quality management,and personnel management.The aim is to standardize the construction process of prefabricated buildings,ensure that the overall quality of the project meets the standards,and meet the needs of building investment and use,in order to provide effective references for related projects.
