深井阳极区域阴极保护技术在石化厂区地下供水管线中的应用

摘要
石油化工企业地下供水管线担负着整个厂区的炼化、循环、冷却、消防及生活用水的重任,本文以某石化厂区供水管道为例,阐述了采用"深井阳极区域保护技术"解决石化厂区地下供水管道腐蚀问题.结果表明,深井阳极区域保护技术的实施能有效的解决石化厂区地下供水管道的腐蚀穿孔问题,保证地下供水管道的安全稳定运行.
Abstract
The underground water supply pipeline of petrochemical enterprises is responsible for the refinery,circulation,cooling,fire fighting and domestic water use of the whole plant.Taking the water supply pipeline of a petrochemical plant as an example,this paper describes the use of"deep well anode protection technology"to solve the corrosion problem of the underground water supply pipeline in the petrochemical plant.The results show that the implementation of deep well anode protection technology can effectively solve the corrosion and perforation problem of underground water supply pipeline in petrochemical plant,and ensure the safe and stable operation of underground water supply pipeline.
