Factors Affecting the Quality of Prefabricated Construction Projects and Improvement Strategies
With the proposal and promotion of the concept of"green development",prefabricated buildings have attracted more and more attention due to their energy-saving,environmental protection, efficiency and speed. This article takes a prefabricated residential building project as an example to analyze the main factors affecting the quality of prefabricated buildings. The study found that insufficient quality control of prefabricated components during production and maintenance, damage during logistics transportation, and deviation in on-site construction accuracy are key factors affecting the quality of the project.Based on this, this article proposes improvement measures to strengthen the quality control of prefabricated components, strictly manage logistics and transportation, and improve on-site construction accuracy,in order to improve the overall quality of prefabricated building projects and promote the healthy development of prefabricated building technology in China.
