Application of Cathodic Protection in Gas Pipeline
This paper has taken the cathodic protection system of long-distance natural gas pipeline as the research object and the actual data as the carrier.This paper has discussed and studied the management problems in cathodic protection during routine pipeline patrol,especially the matters needing attention in the determination of protection potential,stray current and the judgment of the integrity of anticorrosion layer,etc.,avoided making a wrong judgment with a certain value provided a practical case for the anti-corrosion protection and detection of buried natural gas pipelines,which is of great significance to the safe operation of pipelines.
