摘要

锅炉的水冷壁管是主要的受压元件之一,在长期高压和高温烟气环境中极易发生爆管事故,而水冷壁腐蚀产生的爆管事故是一种十分复杂的过程,与燃料的种类、炉膛的温度以及烟气成分等都有着十分密切的关联.本文以某热电厂发生的爆管事故为依据,对水冷壁垢下腐蚀爆管的原因进行分析,并最终提出处理与预防措施.

Abstract

Boiler water wall tube is one of the main pressure elements,in the long-term high pressure and high temperature flue gas environment is very easy to occur explosion accident,and water wall corrosion caused by explosion tube accident is a very complex process,and the type of fuel,furnace temperature and flue gas composition have a very close relationship.Based on a pipe explosion accident in a thermal power plant,this paper analyzes the causes of pipe explosion under the scale corrosion of the water wall,and finally puts forward the treatment and prevention measures.
