保温下的压力容器腐蚀及改进措施分析

摘要
腐蚀本质即金属与环境产生反应带来的一系列负面影响,会导致金属容器磨损、流体外泄等情况,进而导致安全事故发生,由此对压力容器腐蚀情况进行分析具有重要现实意义.基于此,本文研究中将针对保温下的压力容器高压氢腐蚀情况进行实验分析,并提出压力容器防腐蚀改进对策.
Abstract
The essence of corrosion is a series of negative effects caused by the reaction between metal and the environment,which will lead to the wear of metal vessels,fluid leakage,etc.,and then lead to safety accidents.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the corrosion of pressure vessels.Based on this,this paper will conduct an experimental analysis on the high pressure hydrogen corrosion of the pressure vessel under heat preservation,and put forward anti-corrosion improvement measures for the pressure vessel.
