提高装配式预制混凝土构件上的设备点位准确性方法研究

自2016年国家开始大力推行装配式建筑,到目前为止各地相继出台了越来越多的装配式鼓励和支持政策,装配式建筑的建设量也逐年增加,装配式建筑的问题也逐年增多,目前装配式建筑中最容易出错,现场问题最多的一个问题是装配式预制混凝土构件上的设备点位很容易留错,从而造成后期施工现场剔凿量大,工厂生产接到的变更多,生产速度慢等一些列问题.本文通过从"人、机、法、料、环、测"六个方面结合已经出错的现场施工经验,找出影响预制混凝土构件上设备点位准确性的主要原因,提出改进方法并在后续项目中使用,经实践验证其效果较好,可以有效提高装配式预制混凝土构件上的设备点位准确性.
Research on Methods to Improve Equipment Point Accuracy on Prefabricated Precast Concrete Members
Since 2016,the state began to vigorously promote prefabricated buildings,so far,more and more policies have been introduced to encourage and support prefabricated buildings,the construction of prefabricated buildings is also increasing year by year,and the problems of prefabricated buildings are also increasing year by year.At present,the most error-prone in prefabricated buildings,One of the most problematic problems on the site is that the equipment points on the prefabricated precast concrete members are easy to leave wrong,resulting in a large amount of chiselling on the later construction site,more changes received by the factory production,and a series of problems such as slow production speed.This paper finds out the main reasons affecting the accuracy of equipment point position on precast concrete members from the six aspects of"man,machine,method,material,ring and measurement"combined with the site construction experience that has made mistakes,and puts forward the improvement method and uses it in subsequent projects.The practice verifies that the effect is good and the accuracy of equipment point position on prefabricated precast concrete members can be effectively improved.
