Analysis of Construction Quality and Management Strategy of Residential Building Decoration and Decoration Engineering
This paper discusses the importance of construction quality and management of residential building decoration engineering,and analyzes the existing problems.Aiming at the problem,a series of effective solutions are put forward.First of all,high-quality construction helps to improve the reliability of the project and the quality of the living environment,ensure the safety of construction,and control the construction cost to ensure economic benefits.However,the quality control of decoration materials is not strict,the professional level of construction personnel needs to be improved,and the construction site management is not in place.In order to cope with these challenges,it puts forward the strategies of strengthening material management,improving personnel quality,strengthening technical management,strengthening communication with design units,and establishing sound management system.These strategies are helpful to improve construction quality and ensure the realization of project safety and economic benefits.
