Cause Analysis of Liquid Cutting Line Leakage in Inlet Liquid Separator of Low Gas Separation Desulfurization Tower
In this paper,through the low gas desulfurization tower inlet liquid tank cutting line leakage analysis,from the process parameters,The causes of the leakage were analyzed from the aspects of macroscopic examination,wall thickness test,fracture microscopic appearance and energy spectrum analysis.The main reason of the leakage of the liquid cutting line was erosion thinning and cracking in corrosive environment.The mechanical damage of the cracked part of the pipeline and the external stress of the installation accelerated the cracking and leaking of the liquid cutting line.
