Analysis And Research on The Problem of Insufficient Output of 1#Furnace And 3#Furnace
It has been three months since the start of the heating season in 2023,and it is found that the load of 1#furnace and 3#furnace can only maintain 40～50MW at the highest during operation,which is quite different from the average load of 70～80MW in previous years.According to the on-site data and the feedback of the stoker,in order to ensure the maximum output of the boiler and the negative pressure of the furnace,the induced draft fans of the 1#and 3#furnaces have been running at full load.Since such problems still occur frequently shortly after the replacement of induced draft fan equipment,it is initially judged that it may be caused by increased resistance.In this paper,by analyzing the existing DCS data,this paper explores the method of quantitatively analyzing the change of flue resistance,finds out the reasons for the insufficient output of 1#and 3#boilers,and puts forward some measures.
