摘要
面积型缺陷是在三维空间中整体呈现为二维状的缺陷类型.面积型缺陷端部应力高度集中,极易向前方扩展,面积型缺陷是非常危险的,危害性大.常规无损检测的A型超声检测技术在对接焊接接头质量检测中发挥着重要作用.超声检测对面积型缺陷检测灵敏度较高,本文针对未熔合、裂纹这种典型面积型缺陷的检测技术工艺技术进行分析和研究.
Abstract
Area type defects are defect types that appear as a two-dimensional shape in three-dimensional space as a whole.The stress at the end of an area type defect is highly concentrated and easily spreads forward.Area type defects are very dangerous and have a high degree of harm.The A-type ultrasonic testing technology of conventional non-destructive testing plays an important role in the quality inspection of butt welded joints.Ultrasonic testing has a high sensitivity for detecting area type defects.This article analyzes and studies the detection technology and process technology for typical area type defects such as lack of fusion and cracks.
