The Synthesis and Complex Performance of the Organic Amine Ethyl Oxide Inhibitor
In this paper,octadecylamine was used to react with ethylene oxide to produce octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether.By adjusting the different ratios of reactants,it was finally determined that when octadecylamine:ethylene oxide=1:10,the reaction product dissolved well in the alcohol water system,and the corrosion inhibition effect was the best.Infrared spectrum scanning and characteristic peak analysis were used to verify that the synthetic product was the target product.The synthesis of octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether with sodium thiocyanate,dio-toluene thiourea and thioureolate diethylenetriamine imidazoline was combined,and the corrosion inhibitor was obtained by weight loss test.SEM was used to observe the corrosion surface of the hanging plate.The results show that the corrosion inhibition of octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether has good compatibility and compound performance,and the compound combination with sulfur-containing substances has good corrosion inhibition effect.The electrochemical polarization curve shows that the corrosion inhibitor has good corrosion inhibition on both anode and cathode processes.The metal hangings with corrosion inhibitors show metallic luster and slight corrosion.
