Study on Factors Affecting Corrosion of Industrial Circulating Cooling Water
By simulating the operating conditions of industrial circulating cooling water on site, using the rotating hanging plate method and the potentiodynamic polarization curve method, experiments were conducted on the corrosion effects of important water quality operating parameters such as chloride ions, flow rates, sulfides, and ammonia nitrogen on carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper materials. The corrosive effects of ultrafiltration treatment and in use drug formulations on the reuse of reclaimed water were analyzed, and the water quality control of circulating water was further optimized based on the experimental results,Reduce the corrosiveness of circulating cooling water.
