石油化工304L不锈钢压力容器腐蚀机理研究

本文选择石油化工行业常用的304L不锈钢材料作为研究对象,在应变速率为1.5×10-6/s、不同腐蚀介质NaOH溶液浓度和腐蚀温度条件下进行试验,观察应力腐蚀变化规律和断口特征.结果表明:在高温和高浓度腐蚀介质的作用下,304L不锈钢压力容器的腐蚀倾向更为明显,断裂特征由韧性转为脆性.因此,在实际应用中需加强对304L不锈钢压力容器的腐蚀防护和监测,以确保其安全运行.
Petrochemical 304L Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel Corrosion Mechanism Research
This paper selects 304L stainless steel material commonly used in the petrochemical industry as the research object,in the strain rate of 1.5×10-6/s,different corrosive medium NaOH solution concentration and corrosion temperature conditions for the test,observe the change rule of stress corrosion and fracture characteristics.The results show that:under the action of high temperature and high concentration of corrosive media,the corrosion tendency of 304L stainless steel pressure vessel is more obvious,and the fracture characteristics are changed from toughness to brittleness.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the corrosion protection and monitoring of 304L stainless steel pressure vessel in practical application to ensure its safe operation.
