摘要

通过对某油田腐蚀分析,发现该油田的主要腐蚀因素是氯离子、溶解氧以及硫酸盐还原菌.通过对以往腐蚀挂片数据统计分析,腐蚀属于极严重程度等级,结合腐蚀分析以及相关标准,对2#储水罐进行脉冲涡流腐蚀检测,发现2#储水罐腐蚀非常严重,对2#储水罐腐蚀缺陷进行等级划分,并提出相关建议.

Abstract

Through the analysis of corrosion in an oilfield,it was found that the main corrosion factors of the oilfield were chloride ions,dissolved oxygen and sulfate reducing bacteria.Through the analysis of the corrosion coupons data,it was the extremely serious level.Combined with corrosion analysis and related standards,pulsed eddy current corrosion inspection was carried out on the 2#water storage tank.The corrosion was very serious.2#water storage tank was classified and related suggestions were proposed.
