摘要

掌握区域挥发性有机物治理及排放现状对区域精准实施综合治理工作具有显著指导意义,研究表明,VOCs是现阶段重点区域O3生成的主控因子,工业企业排放的氮氧化物与挥发性有机物等前体物在高温和紫外光照射条件下,发生快速光化学链式反应,产生过氧乙酰硝酸酯及臭氧等具有刺激性和毒性的酮醛类含氧有机物、氧化剂等.

Abstract

Understanding the current status of regional volatile organic compounds management and emissions has significant guiding significance for the precise implementation of comprehensive regional governance.Research shows that VOCs are the main controlling factor for O3 generation in key areas at this stage.Nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds emitted by industrial enterprises,etc.Under the conditions of high temperature and ultraviolet light irradiation,the precursor undergoes a rapid photochemical chain reaction to produce peroxyacetyl nitrate and ozone and other irritating and toxic oxygen-containing organic compounds such as ketone aldehydes and oxidants.
