摘要

本论文以燃煤电厂烟气治理环保岛设备为研究对象,基于人工智能大数据技术探索研发设备故障识别技术,解决环保岛设备故障识别准确率低、故障发现不及时等问题.经实验测试和应用结果表明,本文所提出的环保设备异常诊断模型识别准确率、召回率、虚警率和漏警率能达到较高水平,能实现对燃煤电厂环保设备的异常状态监测与高效精准维护.

Abstract

This paper takes the environmental protection island equipment for flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plants as the research object,and explores and develops equipment fault identification technology based on artificial intelligence big data technology to solve the problems of low fault identification accuracy and untimely fault discovery of environmental protection island equipment.Experimental testing and application results show that the recognition accuracy,recall rate,false alarm rate and missed alarm rate of the environmental protection equipment abnormality diagnosis model proposed in this article can reach a high level,and can realize abnormal status monitoring and control of environmental protection equipment in coal-fired power plants.Efficient and precise maintenance.
