ORV涂层腐蚀减薄脱落机理复杂,本文主要从ORV涂层常见的五个不同腐蚀部位的生产运行环境、材质结构、工艺操作等影响因素对其脱落减薄机理进行分析,并从工艺操作、日常维护、技术改造等三方面进行涂层寿命延长的方法研究,探索出延长汽化器涂层使用寿命的确实可行的方法,为LNG汽化器的安全可靠高效利用提供思考借鉴.
Study on Service Life-cycle Extension of Open Frame Carburetor Coating
The corrosion thinning and shedding mechanism of ORV coating is complex.This article mainly analyzes the shedding and thinning mechanism from the factors affecting the production and operating environment,material structure,process operation and other factors of the five common corrosion parts of ORV coating,and analyzes the shedding and thinning mechanism from the process operation,Research on methods to extend the coating life in three aspects including daily maintenance and technical transformation,and explore feasible methods to extend the service life of the vaporizer coating,providing reference for the safe,reliable and efficient use of LNG vaporizers.
