摘要

针对南海东部某油田回注水中SRB细菌达标难题,对多种杀菌剂进行现场筛选评价,优选出杀菌剂NFSG-018和NFSG-021,现场杀菌性能结果表明,当加剂浓度为200mg/L时,杀菌剂NFSG-018和NFSG-021可完全杀灭SRB细菌,杀菌率达100%;配伍性结果表明,加入杀菌剂后未对在用破乳剂NHP的破乳效果和清水剂NHQ的清水效果产生明显影响;高低温稳定性结果表明,分别于5℃和50℃的条件下放置72h后,杀菌剂NFSG-018和NFSG-021外观均未发生明显变化;自腐蚀性结果表明,杀菌剂NFSG-018对316钢的平均腐蚀速率为0.0015mm/a,杀菌剂NFSG-021样品对316钢的腐蚀速率为0.0071mm/a,远远小于0.076mm/a的行业标准.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of SRB bacteria meeting the standard in the reinjection water of an oilfield in the eastern part of the South China Sea,a variety of fungicides were screened and evaluated on site,and the fungicides NFSG-018 and NFSG-021 were preferred,and the on-site sterilization performance results showed that when the concentration of the additive was 200mg/L,the fungicides NFSG-018 and NFSG-021 could completely kill SRB bacteria,and the sterilization rate reached 100%.The compatibility results showed that the addition of fungicide did not have a significant effect on the demulsification effect of NHP and the water effect of water demulsifier NHQ.The high and low temperature stability results showed that the appearance of the fungicides NFSG-018 and NFSG-021 did not change significantly after being placed at 5℃and 50℃for 72h,respectively.The self-corrosion results showed that the average corrosion rate of the fungicide NFSG-018 to 316 steel was 0.0015mm/a,and the corrosion rate of the fungicide NFSG-021 sample to 316 steel was 0.0071mm/a,which was much lower than the industry standard of 0.076mm/a.
