Post-tensioning Construction Technology of Prestressed Concrete Continuous Box Girder in New Airport Expressway Project
This paper introduces the concrete implementation process and precautions of post-tensioning construction technology of prestressed concrete continuous box girder in new airport expressway project.Firstly,the construction scheme and construction process of prestressed concrete continuous box girder are defined.Then,the key steps of post-tensioning construction technology are introduced,including the arrangement and tensioning of prestressed tendons,concrete placement and maintenance,hole grouting and anchor sealing.At the same time,combined with concrete engineering cases,the parameter control in the construction process is expounded.The analysis of the construction results shows that the advanced post-tensioning technology of prestressed concrete continuous box girder is adopted in the construction of this project,and good construction effect and quality assurance are obtained,which can provide reference for similar projects.
