摘要

传统的设备维护模式已经不适应现代设备管理的要求,设备的有效维护与管理成为了企业管理中的难题.以可靠性为中心的设备维护模式的应用可以提高设备的可靠性,同时降低维护费用.融入状态监测数据的可靠性评价方法可以实现对设备的动态评估,更具有实际意义.

Abstract

The traditional equipment maintenance mode has not adapted to the requirements of modern equipment management,and the effective maintenance and management of equipment has become a difficult problem in enterprise management.The application of reliability-centered equipment maintenance mode can improve the reliability of equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.The reliability evaluation method integrated with condition monitoring data can realize the dynamic evaluation of equipment and has practical significance.
