Analysis of the Application of Building Energy Conservation Testing Technology in Old Building Renovation
In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and poor indoor environmental quality in old buildings, this article conducts energy-saving renovation research on a four story office building built in the early 1980s,and proposes a series of building energy-saving testing and renovation measures.Through energy-saving testing of building walls, roofs, and exterior windows,a series of energy consumption problems were found before the renovation of the building, such as high thermal conductivity of the building walls, significant thermal bridge effect, high thermal conductivity of the building roof, overall heat loss, and high external wall transmittance. On this basis, combined with the results of energy-saving testing, corresponding renovation suggestions were proposed for these aspects, thereby extending the service life of the building and providing reference for energy-saving renovation of similar old buildings.
