巴音敖包供水二期工程旨在通过升级改造和新建设施提升区域供水能力.本研究深入探讨了该工程施工中的管线材料选择与设计,综合考虑了供水量、管线长度、环境因素及经济性.螺旋焊管因其良好的经济性、施工便利性及维护简易性被选为首选材料.单管线方案被证明在经济性、技术可行性及未来运维管理便捷性方面最优.最后,通过管径选择和管道壁厚的计算,确保了工程的长期稳定运行和高效供水.
Abstract
The second phase of the Bayin Aobao Water Supply Project aims to enhance the regional water supply capacity through upgrading,renovating,and constructing new facilities.This study delves into the selection and design of pipeline materials in the construction of the project,taking into account the water supply,pipeline length,environmental factors,and economy.Spiral welded pipe is selected as the preferred material due to its good economy,construction convenience,and easy maintenance.The single pipeline scheme has been proven to be optimal in terms of economy,technical feasibility,and future operation and maintenance management convenience.Finally,by selecting the pipe diameter and calculating the pipe wall thickness,the long-term stable operation and efficient water supply of the project are ensured.
