摘要

随着煤化工产业的飞速发展,设备和管道腐蚀、泄漏安全风险与日俱增.生产设备和管道中的介质含有较多的腐蚀性化学成分,如CO2、SO2、H2S、HCl等,这些腐蚀性化学成分会造成设备和管道的壁厚减薄,削弱设备承压能力.宁夏煤业煤制油分公司为解决腐蚀问题,及时发现设备腐蚀情况,建立在线测厚腐蚀监测系统,将防腐蚀管理与预防性腐蚀监控相结合,对隐患和风险点受控,提前预警并完善设备管理.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the coal chemical industry,the safety risks of corrosion and leakage of equipment and pipelines are increasing day by day.The medium in the production equipment and pipelines contains more corrosive chemical components,such as CO2,SO2,H2S,HCl,etc.,which will cause the wall thickness of the equipment and pipelines to be thinned and weaken the pressure bearing capacity of the equipment.In order to solve the corrosion problem and discover the corrosion of equipment in time,Ningxia Coal to Liquids Branch has established an online corrosion monitoring system,combined anti-corrosion management with preventive corrosion monitoring,controlled hidden dangers and risk points,warned in advance,and improved equipment management.
