Heat exchangers often produce internal leakage,which affects the heat transfer effect and affects the safe and normal operation of production.Therefore,a series of effective protective measures need to be implemented to prevent or control such problems.This paper briefly describes the corrosion types of the overhead condenser in the ethylene plant.This paper puts forward some protective measures to provide some reference for the personnel engaged in the maintenance and management of the heat exchanger in the refinery.
