摘要
本文对南海东部油田某平台生产水系统溶气气浮水出口管线开展失效分析工作.对失效样品的形貌、材质、力学性能、腐蚀产物进行分析,并进行了腐蚀模拟评价实验,本失效分析项目采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)、数显维氏硬度计、直读光谱仪(OES)等设备,分析表明管线材质、力学性能及外防腐层满足要求,管线存在局部腐蚀的风险,在焊缝位置尤为严重,其腐蚀原因主要来自H2S和CO2的腐蚀,尤其需要关注H2S的腐蚀.
Abstract
This paper presents the failure analysis of the outlet pipeline of the water system in South China Sea.To analyze the morphology,material,mechanical properties and corrosion products of the failed samples,And conducted the corrosion simulation evaluation experiment,This failure analysis project adopts scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray energy spectroscopy analyzer(EDS),digital display Vicker hardness meter,direct reading spectrometer(OES)and other equipment,The analysis shows that the pipeline material,mechanical properties and external anti-corrosion layer meet the requirements,Pipeline is at risk of local corrosion,In the weld position,The cause of its corrosion comes mainly from the corrosion of H2S and CO2.Pay particular attention to the corrosion of H2S.
