乙二醇型冷却液的绝缘性能研究与应用潜力分析

本文通过设计多个单因素实验和正交实验测试出某乙二醇型冷却液的最佳绝缘性,以考察其在电动汽车中的应用潜力.结果显示该冷却液在6V电压、10mm电极间距、20℃温度和1500r/min转速的条件下,冷却液表现出了最佳的绝缘性能,电流降至最低值0.0009mA.这项研究为电动汽车电池管理系统的设计提供了重要的指导,对提升电池安全性和效率具有显著意义.
Research on Insulation Properties and Application Potential of Glycol Coolant
In this paper,multiple single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were designed to test the optimal insulation of a glycol coolant,in order to investigate its application potential in electric vehicles.The results show that the coolant exhibits the best insulation performance under the conditions of 6V voltage,10mm electrode spacing,20℃temperature and 1500r/min speed,and the current drops to the lowest value 0.0009mA.This study provides important guidance for the design of battery management systems for electric vehicles,and has significant implications for improving battery safety and efficiency.
