现有压水堆控制棒驱动机构通过定期测量工作线圈进行电阻或绝缘电阻的方法,只能提供有限的监测和诊断信息,无法对工作线圈的性能变化过程进行完整评估.基于现有控制棒驱动机构工作线圈热寿命方程,研究并设计一套可用于开展工作线圈在线寿命评估的方法;通过采集线圈工作电压及工作电流,获得实时的工作线圈电阻,并换算为工作线圈实时工作温度,将实际工作时长折算为工作线圈热寿命消耗时长.最终达到对控制棒驱动机构工作线圈进行在线寿命预测及评估的目的.
The Research on On-line Life Evaluation Method and Algorithm of CRDM Coils
The existing pressurized water reactor control rod drive mechanism can only provides limited monitoring and diagnostic information and cannot fully assess the performance change process of the working coil.Based on the existing thermal life equation of the working coil in the control rod drive mechanism,a set of methods for online life assessment of the working coil has been researched and designed.By collecting the working voltage and the working current of the coil,the real-time resistance of the working coil is obtained and converted into the real-time operating temperature of the working coil.Using the aforementioned online life assessment method,the actual working time is converted into the consumption time of the thermal life of the working coil.This ultimately achieves the goal of online life prediction and evaluation of the working coil in the control rod drive mechanism.
