Application Study on Frost and Corrosion Prevention of Composite Modified Superhydrophobic Copper Surface
Aiming at the problem that copper is easy to be corroded and frosted,a composite modified superhydrophobic copper surface was designed based on laser etching and applied to copper surface to prepare the composite modified superhydrophobic copper surface. The anti-frost and anti-corrosion properties were tested, and the results of anti-frost experiments showed that it had good anti-frost properties. The corrosion potential and corrosion current density of the superhydrophobic copper surface are 3.241×10-7A/cm-2 and-0.197V,respectively.The corrosion resistance of the superhydrophobic copper surface is significantly better than that of the comparison copper surface. The above results show that the superhydrophobic copper has good anti-frost and anti-corrosion properties, and the superhydrophobic copper improves the anti-frost and anti-frost properties of metal materials.
