Stress Analysis and Safety Evaluation of In-service Pressure Pipelines
During the operation of in-service pressure pipelines,they face various threats of corrosion defects.Due to the large quantity and wide application fields of pressure pipelines,once a failure accident occurs,it seriously endangers the safety of people's lives and property,and brings adverse effects and economic losses to enterprises.Accurate and timely stress analysis and safety assessment of pressure pipelines containing defects are effective measures to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.By studying the stress distribution under various loads,taking into account design factors such as material strength,toughness,loading method,working condition changes,pipeline connectors,and support structures,an effective data analysis method is formed to provide relevant evaluation results suitable for use.
