无线超声壁厚监测技术在陆地油田及炼化厂已广泛应用,为实现此技术在海上油田的推广,特使用此项技术进行海底管道壁厚监测试验,验证监测系统灵敏度与准确性.本文通过对无线超声壁厚监测系统构成、现场安装方案、测试结果及分析,开展无线超声壁厚监测技术在海底管道的应用研究.经现场测试,无线超声壁厚监测系统精度高、监测数据稳定.此技术满足海上油气田海底管道腐蚀监测需要,为海底管道风险评估提供腐蚀数据支持.
Application of Wireless Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Monitoring Technology in Submarine Pipelines
Wireless ultrasonic wall thickness monitoring technology has been widely used in onshore oil fields and refineries.In order to promote this technology in offshore oil fields,this technology is specially used for underwater pipeline wall thickness monitoring tests to verify the sensitivity and accuracy of the monitoring system.This article conducts research on the application of wireless ultrasonic wall thickness monitoring technology in submarine pipelines by analyzing the composition of the wireless ultrasonic wall thickness monitoring system,on-site installation scheme,test results,and analysis.After on-site testing,the wireless ultrasonic wall thickness monitoring system has high accuracy and stable monitoring data.This technology meets the corrosion monitoring needs of offshore oil and gas field submarine pipelines and provides corrosion data support for risk assessment of submarine pipelines.
