为解决基础设施建设项目施工中出现的死亡、重伤事故,将轻伤事故频率控制在1.5‰以下,本文以礼县祁山三国文化产业园(一期)基础设施建设项目三国蜀味商业街为例,对施工中存在的安全风险进行分析研究,提出完善安全生产管理体系,合理应用模板工程安全技术、钢筋工程安全技术、混凝土工程安全技术等可实现对施工中存在的安全风险进行有效控制,营造一个安全的施工环境,促使各道工序能够个高效、安全的开展,以期为相关人员(或工程)提供参考.
Research on Risk Control Technology for Infrastructure Construction Projects
In order to solve the death and serious injury accidents that occur during the construction of infrastructure projects,the frequency of minor injury accidents is controlled below 1.5 ‰.This article takes the infrastructure construction project of the Qishan Three Kingdoms Cultural Industry Park(Phase I)in Li County,the Three Kingdoms Shuwei Commercial Street,as an example to analyze and study the safety risks that exist during construction.It is proposed to improve the safety production management system,reasonably apply template engineering safety technology,steel reinforcement engineering safety technology,concrete engineering safety technology,etc.to effectively control the safety risks that exist during construction,create a safe construction environment,and promote the efficient and safe development of each process,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel(or projects).
