摘要

近年来,某企业第三丙烯腈装置流化床反应器的外部撤热U型出口管线多次出现泄漏,造成装置非计划停工,给装置安全平稳运行造成严重影响.通过对管线弯头进行宏观分析、硬度测定、金相检验、电镜和能谱分析等检测,结果发现:管线弯头处减薄的主要原因为冲刷腐蚀,运行中的超温以及弯头区的缺陷会加剧冲刷腐蚀的发生.对腐蚀机理进行分析时发现,增大弯径比、控制杂质含量等5条防范措施,能够延长管件的使用寿命.

Abstract

In recent years,the external heat withdrawal U outlet pipeline of the fluidized bed reactor of the third acrylonitrile unit in a certain enterprise has leaked many times,and even caused unplanned shutdown of the unit,which has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the unit.Through macroscopic inspection,hardness measurement,metallographic inspection,electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the results show that erosion corrosion is the main reason for thinning of pipeline elbow,which is aggravated by overtemperature in operation and defects in elbow area.The analysis of corrosion mechanism shows that five preventive measures,such as increasing bending ratio and controlling impurity content,can prolong the service life of pipe fittings.
