Application of Gas-phase Passivation Cleaning in Shutdown of Hydrogenation Units
In April 2021,CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.used gas-phase passivation cleaning technology during the shutdown of seven industrial fuel oil hydrogenation units with a capacity of 2 million tons per year.During the shutdown of the petrochemical production unit,the gas-phase passivation cleaning technology introduced the gas-phase passivation cleaning agent into the unit by blowing steam,ultimately quickly and efficiently removing substances such as ferrous sulfide and hydrogen sulfide from the unit,ensuring the safety and environmental protection of the refining unit.After entering the steam blowing stage,the petrochemical production unit uses a gas-phase cleaning agent(LWQ-1)to remove heavy oil,deodorize,passivate,and eliminate harmful substances such as ferrous sulfide and hydrogen sulfide in the unit.Due to the direct addition of gas-phase cleaning agent into the steam,it enters the cleaning equipment with the blowing steam and is evenly distributed.This article focuses on the comparison between gas-phase passivation cleaning and liquid-phase passivation cleaning.It can be seen that gas-phase passivation cleaning has the advantages of thorough cleaning,less wastewater,and higher cleaning efficiency.
