摘要

本文研究了甘肃中部生态移民扶贫开发供水工程中泵站及渠系建筑物混凝土施工的关键技术.研究包括基岩面的准备与处理、混凝土的分缝分块及浇筑层厚度控制、混凝土的运输与入仓技术、施工缝处理及新旧混凝土结合技术和混凝土的养护技术等方面.通过对各种技术参数和施工方法的详细分析,文中提出了保障结构整体性、稳定性和耐久性的有效措施,包括在高温和低温条件下的施工控制措施.实践表明,采用这些关键技术能够有效提高供水工程的施工质量和工程整体性能.

Abstract

This article studies the key technologies of concrete construction for pumping stations and canal systems in the ecological migration poverty alleviation and water supply project in central Gansu.Research includes preparation and treatment of bedrock surfaces,control of concrete joints and pouring layer thickness,transportation and warehousing technology of concrete,construction joint treatment,new and old concrete bonding technology,and concrete curing technology.Through a detailed analysis of various technical parameters and construction methods,the article proposes effective measures to ensure the integrity,stability,and durability of the structure,including construction control measures under high and low temperature conditions.Practice has shown that adopting these key technologies can effectively improve the construction quality and overall performance of water supply projects.
