海洋环境中的高温、高湿、高盐雾等为舰载航空发动机带来了严重的腐蚀风险.1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢具有良好的力学性能和抗氧化性能,是某型舰载航空发动机紧固件重要的选用材料,然而1Cr11Ni2W2MoV对Cl-非常敏感,海洋环境下极易发生腐蚀.本文对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢表面镀Cu-Ni-Cr、化学镀镍、镀Cd和涂覆TWL-12(底层)+TWL-20(面层)四种状态的试样进行了192h酸性盐雾、680h酸性大气试验.结果表明;镀Cu-Ni-Cr、化学镀镍在酸性盐雾试验后均出现小面积的的腐蚀现象;而镀Cd在酸性盐试验后仅出现变色,未出现明显腐蚀现象;涂覆TWL-12(底层)+TWL-20(面层)在酸性盐雾和酸性大气试验后均未出现明显变化,表现出良好的耐酸性盐雾和酸性大气性能.
Study on Corrosion Protection of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV Steel in Acid Environment
High temperature,high humidity,and high salt fog in marine environment bring serious corrosion risk to Shipborne Aeroengine.1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel has good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance,which is an important material for a certain type of Shipborne Aeroengine.However,1Cr11Ni2W2MoV is very sensitive to Cl-,and it is very easy to corrode in the marine environment.In this paper,the samples of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel with Cu-Ni-Cr plating、nickel plating、Cd plating and TWL-12+TWL-20 coating were carried out for 192h acid salt spray,680h acid atmosphere.The result shows that Cu-Ni-Cr plating、nickel plating samples show small area corrosion after acid salt spray,while Cd plating samples show only discoloration and no obvious corrosion after the acid salt spray test,TWL-12+TWL-20 coating has no obvious change after the test,showing good corrosion resistance.
