摘要
随着油气输送需求的不断增长,埋地钢制油气管道的安全与稳定运行显得尤为重要.通过分析了土壤腐蚀、电化学腐蚀等多种腐蚀机制,并讨论了绝缘层防腐、电保护防腐技术以及其他防腐技术的应用与实践.通过具体案例展示各种防腐策略在实际工程中的效果,为相关工程提供了理论与实践指导.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for oil and gas transportation,the safe and stable operation of buried steel oil and gas pipelines is particularly important.Various corrosion mechanisms such as soil corrosion and electrochemical corrosion are analyzed,and the application and practice of insulation layer anticorrosion,electric protection anticorrosion technology and other anticorrosion technology are discussed.The effects of various anti-corrosion strategies in practical projects are demonstrated through concrete cases,which provide theoretical and practical guidance for related projects.
