摘要
钢结构中高强螺栓摩擦型连接方式得到了广泛的应用,在保证结构良好结构性能的同时,给施工安装提供了极大的便利.摩擦面的抗滑移系数是影响高强螺栓摩擦型连接抗剪承载力的主要原因之一.本文总结了现有的摩擦面处理方法,并从摩擦学角度出发,解释了现有处理方法可行的原因,明确主要影响因素,为今后提高摩擦面抗滑移系数的方法选择和工艺改进提供理论依据.
Abstract
The friction type connection method of high-strength bolts in steel structures has been widely used,providing great convenience for construction and installation while ensuring good structural performance.The anti slip coefficient of the friction surface is one of the main reasons affecting the shear bearing capacity of high-strength bolt friction type connections.This article summarizes the existing friction surface treatment methods,and from the perspective of tribology,explains the feasibility of existing treatment methods,clarifies the main influencing factors,and provides theoretical basis for the selection of methods and process improvement to improve the anti slip coefficient of friction surfaces in the future.
