摘要
随着中国科技技术的迅速发展,中国的建筑行业也从伴随着升级改进,建筑电气工程施工方面也向着自动化与智能化方面逐步迈进.建筑电气工程的质量和安全的把控不仅关系到的建筑功能的使用质量,而且关系到居住人员的生命财产安全.因此,提升建筑电气工程技术的同时也应将其中的质量控制与安全管理同步提高.而对于质量控制与安全管理这两方面应达到同等的要求高度,因为若是达不到就会像"水桶效应"一样,质量与安全还是不能达到最大化.本文便对银雁新城生态轻纺电子产业园标准厂房项目一期 建筑电气工程施工的质量控制与安全管理这两方面进行详细的分析与探讨,并提出相应的解决对策.
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology in China,the construction industry has also gradually moved towards automation and intelligence in the construction of building electrical engineering,accompanied by upgrades and improvements.The quality and safety control of building electrical engineering are not only related to the quality of building functions,but also to the safety of residents'lives and property.Therefore,while improving the technology of building electrical engineering,the quality control and safety management should also be improved synchronously.For both quality control and safety management,equal requirements should be reached,because if they cannot be achieved,it will be like the"bucket effect",and quality and safety cannot be maximized.This article provides a detailed analysis and discussion on the quality control and safety management of the electrical engineering construction in the first phase of the Yinyan New City Ecological Light Textile Electronic Industry Park Standard Factory Project,and proposes corresponding solutions.
