跨河现浇梁桥工程中"贝雷梁-盘扣架"组合支撑施工技术

本文对"贝雷梁-盘扣架"组合支撑体系在现浇简支梁桥施工中的应用开展技术研究,从钢管立柱及其连接系安装、贝类梁安装、分配梁及满堂支架安装、组合支架预压及监控、组合支架拆除等方面提出了施工技术要点和注意事项,构建了较完善的施工技术与管理体系.实践结果表明,该技术方案确保了组合支架搭设、预压及使用过程中最大变形不超过11mm,确保了现浇混凝土梁桥结构的安全、高效施工.
Construction Technology of the Bailey Truss Girder and Disk Lock Steel Tubular Scaffold Supporting Systems in Cast-in-situ River Crossing Bridge
This article conducts technical research on the combinable application of the"Bailey truss girder and disk lock steel tubular scaffold"supporting system in construction of the cast-in-situ simply supported beam bridges.A comprehensive construction technology and management measures has been established from the perspective of the installation of the Bailey truss girder,the fully supporting scaffold and the distribution beams.And the technical points for preloading,monitoring,and dismantling of the composite brackets were also proposed.The proposed technical measures ascertained the efficient construction of the cast-in structures,and the maximum deformation were kept lower than 11 mm during the whole construction process.
