摘要

混凝土搅拌站作为现代建筑工程中的核心设备,其计量系统的准确性和稳定性直接关系到混凝土成品的质量.通过对混凝土搅拌站的组成系统进行了概述,分析计量系统的分类及工作原理.对计量系统的故障进行了分类,并探讨常见故障的原因.在此基础上,提出针对性的故障排查方法与经验.从技术性预防措施和设备改良建议两个方面,为提升混凝土搅拌站计量系统的性能和可靠性提供了参考.

Abstract

As a core equipment in modern construction projects,the accuracy and stability of the metering system in concrete mixing plants are directly related to the quality of the finished concrete.This paper provides an overview of the component systems of concrete mixing plants and analyzes the classification and working principles of metering systems.Faults in the metering system are classified,and the causes of common faults are discussed.Based on this,targeted fault diagnosis methods and experiences are proposed.From the perspectives of technical preventive measures and equipment improvement suggestions,this paper provides references for enhancing the performance and reliability of the metering system in concrete mixing plants.
