摘要
为改善传统水泥基复合材料的高脆、低韧性,现研究加入碳酸钙晶须对水泥胶砂材料抗压性能、抗折性能的影响,分析不同掺量下的影响效果及增韧机理.结果表明,随着碳酸钙晶须掺量的增加,对水泥基的增强增韧效果呈先增大后减小的趋势,掺入过多碳酸钙晶须反而容易导致团聚发生.
Abstract
To improve the high brittleness and low toughness of traditional cement-based composite materials,the influence of adding calcium carbonate whiskers on the compressive and flexural properties of cement mortar materials is studied,and the effect and toughening mechanism under different dosages are analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of calcium carbonate whisker content,the reinforcement and toughening effect on cement-based materials showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Adding too many calcium carbonate whiskers could easily lead to agglomeration.
