摘要
电站锅炉一旦爆管就必须停炉处理,这是造成发电系统非计划停运的主要因素,不但对装置可靠性构成严重威胁,同时也造成很大经济损失.对某石化厂锅炉屏式过热器换热管爆管进行失效分析,结果表明长期过热是导致爆管根本原因.基于此,采取针对性的对策来避免爆管对减少非计划停运具有重要意义.
Abstract
Boiler must be shut down when boiler tube bursts,which is the main factor causing the unplanned outage of the power generation system.This poses a serious threat to the reliability of the plant,also causes huge economic losses.The failure analysis of the burst tube of the screen superheater in a petrochemical plant shows that the longer term overheat of screen superheater tube is the root cause of the explosion.Based on this,it is of great significance to take targeted measures to avoid pipe explosion to reduce unplanned outage.
